Find your way to Junction 9 on the M40. Take the A41 to Bicester. Pass straight through Bicester and exit on the A4421 to Buckingham. You leave the built up area and drive about 2 miles. Beyond the top of a gradual incline watch for a turning left to Fringford. As you come into the village pass the pub and cricket field. Turn right at the village green and continue down through the village – a cul-de-sac. Leave the church on your left and follow the road past the stone wall / wood fence. East Manor Barn is the second house on the left hand side past the church.
The stone wall gives way to a wooden fence and then the house itself - finally...

Leave the motorway at junction 10 and take the A43 to Northampton. Drive half a mile to a roundabout – Esso petrol station. Take the 3rd exit to Bicester. In less than a mile take the second turning left signed to Stoke Lyne. In a short distance take the right hand fork – do not go into Stoke Lyne. Having passed the houses on your left. Keep on this road taking the 3rd turning left to Fringford – about two miles. As you enter the village there is a large tree in a triangle of grass, turn left and ... Take the road to the right-hand side of the green and continue through the village. Leave the church on your left and follow the road past the stone wall / wood fence. East Manor Barn is the second house on the left hand side past the church.

Leave the motorway at junction 15A. Take the A43 to Towcester and Brackley. Use the Brackley bypass - there are several roundabouts. Eventually you reach and take the exit of the A43 signed Oxford and the M40. Go straight across the next roundabout A43. After about one more mile there is another roundabout. Take the first exit, the A421, to Buckingham and Milton Keynes. In about 3 miles plus, turn right onto the A4421 south to Bicester. In another 3 miles there is a small turning right to Fringford. As you come into the village pass the pub and cricket field, then ... Turn right at the village green. Continue down through the village (cul-de-sac).
